Focus on your body in sections in the order as follows: cardio, lower, upper, and middle. First warm up by doing 50 jumping jacks. This increases heart rate and gets your adrenaline going. Now exercise those leg muscles by doing 30 lunges, and then 30 standing squats.
Next is upper body. By doing 20 pushups followed by a one-minute plank position you will really tone your arms without bulking up too much.
Finally, the best for last is the middle. Crunches or sit-ups are the most efficient way to work out your abdomen. Try six sets in different positions of 30 crunches or sit-ups each.
