Dear Abby – how do I meet Mr. Right?
I will tell you… are you ready to take notes… jot it all down… read dating books for hours…
here goes nothing…
the answer – BE YOU.
The only way you will find Mr. Right, and the only way he will fit you… is if you are yourself when you meet him.
Too many women out there try to be someone that they aren’t, they try to manipulate the things that they like and the things that they are to get a man. The bottom line is, at the end of the day, he won’t be Mr. Right, because you eventually will find yourself wanting him to succumb to who you are, but that is not why he fell in love with you, he fell in love with you because you technically were someone else. Your expectation of him is too high if you think he is going to love you no matter how incompatible you two are.
When you are you, you portray a sense of confidence that will be sexy to the RIGHT man. Stop trying so hard to be what he wants or what you think he wants, half the time, men don’t have a clue what they want anyway.
Work from the inside out, and just BE YOU. The right man will come along and love you for all your inconsistencies, the mistakes you make will be cute to him, and the all the beauty you have inside of you will shine because he is allowing you to be you.
So here are some additional quick tips… finally… we got to them…
1. Be confident in the woman you are – you offer great qualities, let them shine, that is what makes you unique, Mr. Right should appreciate those qualities.
2. Develop things of your own – career, hobbies, friends, fitness – and KEEP them after you start dating Mr. Right
3. Don’t let yourself fall astray – no person wants to be with someone that doesn’t take care of themselves, that is why every woman fantasizes about being with a Thunder From Down Under guy – even if it’s not fantasy you still double take, and every man wouldn’t turn down Cindy Crawford even if she is approaching 50… she takes care of herself at her age… you should too at any age. INSTANT ATTRACTION!! Men fear a woman won’t take care of herself…Just like I hope my boyfriend doesn’t fall astray.
Bottom Line – be you… you may not look like Cindy… no matter how well you take care of yourself (we all wish we could though)… but at least make an effort to be the best woman you can be… and do it for YOU!!
